Appointments and arrival

Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact and booking information. If you arrive late, the salon may need to shorten, reschedule or cancel the service so later clients are not delayed.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact the salon as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any cancellation fee, no-show fee or deposit requirement must be disclosed by the salon before it is charged.

Service timing and prices

Available booking times are appointment start times, not finishing times. Longer services need an earlier start to finish within salon opening hours. This is why some later times may not appear even on days we are open.

Online durations and prices are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final timing and price may change after consultation because of hair length, density, condition, product use, service history or the work required. The stylist will explain material changes before starting the service.

Consultations and achievable results

Photos and requested outcomes are guides, not guarantees. Results depend on your current hair, previous colour or chemical services, condition and maintenance. The salon may recommend a different service, staged result or refusal where the requested service is unsuitable or may cause unreasonable damage.

Allergies, sensitivities and testing

Tell the salon before the appointment about allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medications or previous reactions relevant to the service. A consultation, strand test or allergy alert test may be required. Testing reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

Contact details and messages

The salon may use the mobile number or email you provide for booking confirmations, appointment reminders and service-related contact. Marketing messages should only be sent where you have separately agreed or where otherwise permitted by law.

Your information

Booking information is used to arrange and manage your appointment, communicate with you and maintain appropriate salon records. Do not include sensitive information in the booking note unless it is relevant to safely providing the service.
